• Each week the Park Silly Sunday Market features a different Local Chef, who is asked to demonstrate preparing a signature dish and offer education/suggestions.  This is a great opportunity to promote your restaurant through interacting with the local and non-local visitors.
• Free samples are provided by the Chef
• PSSM provides a complimentary space, with full canopy and booth set up, and a week of free promotion in email blasts and publications, as well as promotional opportunities day of.
• PSSM would like to create a collection of recipes from the chefs to create a PSSM local cookbook, featuring items from the local farmers.
