Oktober SillyFest Load-In/Load-Out Instructions:
*Oktober SillyFest vendor hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m although the event lasts
until 10 p.m. Orange vendor vehicles may reenter the venue after 6
p.m. (Absolutely no vehicles below 7th Street-See instructions below.)
*Load in time begins at 7:30 a.m. If it takes you a long time to set up please arrive early. If your
set up is quick please come later.
*No cars will be allowed on the street after 9:15 a.m.
*All cars must be removed from the
street by 9:30 a.m.
*Orange Section Vendors
will enter and exit as usual-Enter Heber Ave. DO NOT SET UP until you have parked your vehicle. Exit 7th Street. At the end
of the day, REPARK to come to the Main Stage for some fun with your other vendor friends!
*Vendor sections below 7th Street will enter the same way as always, 9th street, unload, exit 7th.
At 6 p.m. begin packing up your belongings. When fully packed, go get your vehicle, park it at the corner of 7th by Butchers
or at 9th Street in the LOADING ZONE and HANDCART YOUR ITEMS OUT, THEN RETURN TO HAVE FUN WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
