Foods

These applications apply to anyone selling anything that is edible but not grown by the vendor.  Please look over the following Guidelines.  We are extremely limited in the number of on-site cooking  and snack food spaces on the street.  All applications for on-site cooking/street foods spaces must be submitted by March 28th.   The Gourmet /Pre-Packaged Foods application will remain open throughout the season.

  • Food that is prepared and packaged off site is regulated by the Dept. of Agriculture. Call 801-538-7159 for info.
  • Food vendors that remain in good standing at the Market are invited to return the following year. We limit the number of food vendors so that we can offer a variety of products to the customers and profits to the food vendor. For these reasons, it can be difficult to get a spot in the Market. We place an emphasis on unique and healthly offerings.
