Every Sundays June 13 - September 26, (excluding Aug 8th for Kimball Arts Festival) 

This is an application only. Vendors must complete the entire application process before your application will be reviewed. Participation dates and payment will take place after you receive your acceptance confirmation email.

This application applies to vendors who will prepare meals on the street or serve heated/cooled snacks or meals.  This is not the application for gourmet foods or prepackaged foods.  Cooking spaces and power sources are limited.  Please start preparing a sample menu, the more interesting and diverse the better.  We only have five fire cooking spaces and would like each food vendor to be unique.

We are very proud to be Utah's only 'Zero Waste' market and you play a big part in that by using recyclable items and no foam products. Last season we saw nearly 90,000 visitors and sent only 2 bags of trash to the landfill! Congratulations if you were with us last season, that is something to really be proud of having been part of.
